Visit a husky farm, meet the dogs and learn about their life in Lapland before enjoying an exciting husky sleigh ride of approximately 2 km through the snowy landscape.
In the evening, get ready for your first Northern Lights hunting experience. Our team will follow weather forecasts, cloud conditions and auroral activity to search for the most promising locations.
During the Northern Lights hunt, enjoy a sandwich and hot drinks while experiencing the peaceful Arctic night. Digital photographs of the experience are also included.
A memorable first day combining Christmas magic, Arctic animals and the search for the Northern Lights.
Travel through the beautiful landscapes of Lapland to Korouoma Canyon, one of the region’s most impressive natural destinations.

A minimum of 3 paying participants, including at least 1 adult, is required for the program to operate. Infants aged 0–3 can participate at no cost but do not count toward the minimum number of participants.
The two Northern Lights hunting tours will be scheduled on the nights with the most promising forecast conditions during the three-day program. Therefore, they may take place on different nights from those shown in the indicative itinerary.
For the Northern Lights hunts, our team will monitor weather forecasts, cloud cover and auroral activity, adapting the route and observation locations to search for the best possible conditions during each tour.
The order and schedule of the activities may be adjusted when weather, operational or safety conditions require it.
Winter clothing is provided during the activities included in the program. Participants should also bring suitable personal winter clothing for Lapland’s cold temperatures and weather conditions.
Participants must inform us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the program.
Cancellations made 5 days or more before the start of the program: 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 4 and 2 days before the start of the program: 80% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the program: non-refundable.
If Lapland Fox Tours cancels the program due to weather, safety conditions or circumstances affecting the operation of the program, we will offer alternative dates whenever possible. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
